Slaven Gajovic

Born in 1972 in Belgrade, Serbia, Slaven earned a diploma in IT in 1991 with distinction. After working as a Pager Programming Department Manager, he emigrated to South Africa in 1992 due to political unrest. There, he pursued a computer career and in 1993, founded his first real estate company. Over time, Slaven focused on commercial and Mega Project Property Developments as a real estate investor, developer, and entrepreneur. He leads Maximum Group Holdings and Ariobex Holdings Group, both of which focus on large-scale projects, including smart cities and renewable energy initiatives. Slaven is also the founder of the Mega Projects Developers Association of South Africa.

Dr. Keitumetse Mothibeli

Dr. Keitumetse Mothibeli is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in Science, Research & Development. She currently serves as Chairperson of Hightower Petroleum Africa and Maximum Africa L.E.O, and President of Oicitra Inc's SADC division. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles in companies like Crystal Partners, The Village Foundation, Zucchi Innovations, and Mofaya Beverage Company. Dr. Mothibeli has developed strategic systems in Monitoring and Evaluation, Compliance, and Governance for various businesses. As an entrepreneur, she founded Maidi Holdings, co-owns Mr. Brick, and is a Limited Partner for a Side Equity Fund, all while mentoring the next generation of leaders.

Mitesh Chotu

Mitesh Chotu is a recognized leader in technological transformation and strategic growth, with over 20 years of experience at global firms like Deloitte, EY, and Microsoft. He is renowned for driving digital innovation and managing complex projects, consistently delivering impactful initiatives. Mitesh has built a reputation for leading high-level transformation efforts across industries, leveraging his expertise in digital strategies to drive growth and efficiency. His leadership and vision have significantly influenced the technology landscape, helping businesses adopt cutting-edge solutions and navigate complex challenges. Mitesh continues to inspire and lead as a transformative force in the tech and business sectors.

Faraaz Mahomed

Mr. Faraaz Mahomed is a creative entrepreneur with a passion for art, design, and business. Known for his dedication, he has developed numerous brands to inspire others. With a flair for style, he influences young men to adopt his lifestyle concept, "The Rise of the Urban Gentleman." As the founder of House of Fanaa, he organizes events across South Africa, while his other company, Opuluxotic Events, handles national exhibitions and pop-ups. Faraaz also founded The Urban Gentleman, a men's lifestyle brand, and launched his jewelry line, FM Collection. He excels in business development, brand design, marketing, and project management.

Bobby Todd

Mr. Daniel Robert Todd is the Chief Operations Officer of Maximum Africa L.E.O., where he leads operational strategies to drive efficiency across the organization. With extensive experience in operational management and strategic planning, he has a proven track record of improving performance and fostering growth in various industries. Known for his strong leadership and commitment to innovation, Daniel plays a key role in positioning Maximum Africa L.E.O. for ongoing success in a competitive market. His strategic vision and operational expertise ensure the company continues to thrive, driving growth and delivering results that support the organization’s broader objectives.
